Va\u0111ra Ples su\u0161tinski je praksa koja treba da nas harmonizuje. Ukoliko prakti\u010dar ima dublji uvid u zna\u010denje Plesa, praksa postaje metod kojim se integri\u0161u tri telesna stanja \u2013 telo, glas i um u poznavanje stanja kontemplacije.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\">Integracija je jedan od najva\u017enijih ciljeva prakti\u010dara Dzog\u0107ena. Va\u0111ra Ples praktikuje se na Mandali koja predstavlja vezu izme\u0111u li\u010dne dimenzije i one spoljne koju nazivamo svet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"it-IT\"><b>Va\u0111ra Ples<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"it-IT\"><b>Priredila Prima Mai<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"it-IT\"><b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201c<span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"it-IT\">Va\u0111ra Ples, osloba\u0111anje \u0161est klasa bi\u0107a u \u0161est \u010distih dimezija\u201d je tantri\u010dka terma koju je prona\u0161ao tibetanski U\u010ditelj Dzog\u0107ena \u0106ogjal Namkhai Norbu. Tantra \u201cJedinstvo sunca i meseca\u201d, u\u010denje Va\u0111radara Samantabadre daje instrukcije za primenu kontemplacije u Va\u0111ra Plesu. Va\u0111ra Ples je direktno povezan sa prastarom Dzog\u0107en tradicijom Odijane i neodvojiv je od transmisije Dzog\u0107en U\u010denja. Va\u0111ra Ples praktikuju mnogi \u010dlanovi Dzog\u0107en Komune \u0161irom sveta jo\u0161 od 1992. godine.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"it-IT\">Postoje tri Va\u0111ra Plesa koji mogu da se praktikuju zasebno ili povezani sa ostalima. To su Va\u0111ra Ples Pesme Va\u0111re, Va\u0111ra Ples osloba\u0111anja \u0161est loka i Ples tri Va\u0111re. Da bi se praktikovao Va\u0111ra Ples Pesme Va\u0111re i Ples tri Va\u0111re, prakti\u010dar mora da primi transmisiju Dzog\u0107en U\u010denja od Dzog\u0107en U\u010ditelja, kao i transmisiju \u201clunga\u201d Pesme Va\u0111re. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"it-IT\">Neko ko je istinski zainteresovan da nau\u010di Va\u0111ra Ples, ali nije u prilici da primi transmisiju Dzog\u0107en U\u010denja, mo\u017ee da nau\u010di Va\u0111ra Ples osloba\u0111anja \u0161est loka. Ipak, bilo bi korisno da se primi barem transmisija \u201clunga\u201d Pesme Va\u0111re, premda nije neophodno. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"it-IT\">Ples Va\u0111re je meditativna praksa koja integri\u0161e pokret i zvuk. Njena svrha je da harmonizuje i usmeri na\u0161u energiju i da integri\u0161e sva na\u0161a iskustva iz na\u0161a tri oblika postojanja \u2013 tela, zvuka i uma, u stanje kontemplacije. Kroz tri osnovna iskustva &#8211; praznine, jasno\u0107e i ose\u0107aja mo\u017eemo otkriti na\u0161u pravu prirodu. Praksa Plesa Va\u0111re izvodi se na velikoj mandali , veli\u010dine oko 100 kvadratnih metara, koja predstavlja sponu izme\u0111u na\u0161e unutra\u0161nje i spolja\u0161nje dimenzije postojanja. Va\u0111ra Ples izvodi 12 prakti\u010dara, \u0161est \u017eena i \u0161est mu\u0161karaca.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"it-IT\"><b>Va\u0111ra Ples Pesme Va\u0111re<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"it-IT\">Va\u0111ra Ples je prvenstveno povezan sa nama na energetskom nivou, odnosno nivou Sambogakaje. Svaki slog u Pesmi Va\u0111re povezuje zvukom i bojom na\u0161u unutra\u0161nju mandalu, odnosno li\u010dno postojanjem, sa na\u0161om spolja\u0161njom mandalom postojanja, to jest sa svetom.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"it-IT\">Integrisanjem zvuka i pokreta kroz slogove Pesme Va\u0111re mi dovodimo u harmoniju kanale i \u010dakre kao i suptilnu energiju. Da bi ova praksa bila delotvorna neophodno je primiti transmisiju Dzog\u0107en U\u010denja od U\u010ditelja Dzog\u0107ena kao i transmisiju \u201clunga\u201d Pesme Va\u0111re.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"it-IT\"><b>Va\u0111ra Ples osloba\u0111anja \u0161est loka<br \/>\n<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"it-IT\">U ovoj praksi Plesa Va\u0111re cilj je pro\u010di\u0161\u0107enje dimenzije \u0161est loka i ostvarenje \u0161est \u010distih dimenzija, odnosno mudrosti Sambogakaje. Ova praksa vi\u0161e je povezana sa na\u0161im fizi\u010dkim, odnosno Nirmanakaja nivoom. Karmi\u010dke vizije poti\u010du od na\u0161ih emocija i strasti i zbog toga u na\u0161oj samsari\u010dkoj viziji imamo \u0161est loka, \u0161to zna\u010di \u0161est klasa bi\u0107a sa njihovim glavnim karakteristikama, a to su: bogovi \u2013 prijanjanje, demoni \u2013 zavist, ljudi \u2013 gordost, \u017eivotinje \u2013 glupost, prete (gladni duhovi) \u2013 pohlepa, bi\u0107a pakla \u2013 bes. U nama je seme svakog od ovih oblika postojanja i zbog toga je mogu\u0107nost ro\u0111enja u jednom od ovakvih stanja sasvim mogu\u0107a. Kroz ovu praksu mo\u017eemo pro\u010distiti ove karmi\u010dke potencijale, koji su neodvojivi od \u010dulnih bi\u0107a i tako stvoriti dobre uslove za oslobo\u0111enje svih \u010dulnih bi\u0107a. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"it-IT\"><b>Ples tri<\/b><\/span><\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"it-IT\"><b>Va\u0111re<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"it-IT\">Ova praksa vi\u0161e se ti\u010de dimenzije uma, odnosno nivoa Darmakaje. Tri sloga OM A HUM predstavljaju tri oblika na\u0161eg postojanja \u2013 Telo, Glas i Um i tri \u010dista stanja svih prosvetljenih bi\u0107a. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"pl-PL\">To je najva\u017enija mantra u U\u010denju Dzog\u0107ena. Ona predstavlja ne-dualnost Tela, Glasa i Uma. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"it-IT\">Ona je istovremeno i mo\u0107na mantra pro\u010di\u0161\u0107enja. U ovoj praksi integri\u0161emo Telo, Glas i Um sa stanjem ne-dualne kontemplacije.
